STEP 1

STEP 2
Obviously, although it seems easy, and only if you are looking for land, you better consult with the PDG ARQUITECTOS team before acquiring it.We will advise you on the pros and cons of those land that you have doubts. We will analyze orientations, water runoff, if there are urban loads, easements, etc.

STEP 3
Once the commercial relationship between PDG ARQUITECTOS and the client have been established, we will start the design of the house. We like the co-creation, the participation in this process for both the client and the architect.

STEP 4
With the established design, the project process begins for different purposes: application for building permits, construction budgets, financing, etc.

STEP 5
Recruitment of a Technical Architect who, together with the Architect, will form part of the project management of the work. The mission of the technical architect will be to control the execution of the works and obtain the necessary technical documentation to obtain the first occupation of the home. It also offers the Health and Safety Coordination service in the execution phase and the Monitoring of Quality control of construction materials.

STEP 6
Hiring the construction company.
We will help you to find the quality and trustworthy construction company, which establishes very clearly what is and what is not included, the guarantees, delivery times, etc.

STEP 7
Starting the works.
The beginning of the work is established with the corresponding legal documentation.
During the work, visits from the facultative management are agreed to control it.

STEP 8
End of works.
The Facultative Direction, together with the contractor company, will issue documents of conformity and the corresponding Final Work Certificates.

STEP 9
Request for the First Occupation in the municipality where the house is built, processing of water, electricity and internet supplies, modification in the Land Registry Office, etc.
At the same time, the New Construction Deed will be presented at the Notary and then it will be presented at the Property Registry.
