We start from an apartment from the 90´s with a wide distribution of rooms, so analyzing the new needs of our client, two very different day-night areas are proposed.
The day area is the protagonist, where most of the activities of the house take place and that is why we propose a living-dining room-kitchen solved in a single room.
Regarding the treatment of the interior spaces, they seek to adapt to the new owners with a young and elegant profile.
