The Jorge Juan house is the result of confinement, of the analysis of how we lived that moment and how we are going to live.
This house was based on a program of usual needs, where the spaces between the ground floor and the first floor were developed.
After the confinement, a change took place. It was decided to take advantage of the terrace, in addition to housing all the facilities that the house requires today, a recreational space was created where a pool can be located along with a fantastic solarium.
