Project Pavilion Fez

The new Fès-Meknès Multisport Pavilion transcends the idea of a simple building to become a symbol of identity, movement, and openness to the city. Its fluid and dynamic form evokes the energy of sport while engaging in dialogue with the cultural heritage of Fès, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.

With a capacity of 6,000 spectators, the arena is conceived as a versatile space capable of hosting sports, cultural, artistic, and institutional events. The architectural vision is combined with a precise functional strategy, ensuring the separation of flows between athletes, media, VIP guests, and the public—guaranteeing efficiency, accessibility, and comfort.

Sustainability is at the core of the project: the design harnesses natural light, integrates passive cooling strategies, and incorporates material choices that optimize energy efficiency, while creating a bright, warm, and human interior atmosphere.

Beyond its function, the pavilion is envisioned as an urban landmark: a meeting place that celebrates cultural diversity and positions Fès as a city open to the future, a reference in the international sports and cultural arena.
